This is to inform all applicants, corporate clients, and partners of an important update issued by the Embassy of China in New Delhi regarding business visa documentation requirements.
New Mandatory Requirements
Applicants are required to comply with the following updated guidelines:
1. Business License of the Inviting Chinese Company

A copy of the business license of the inviting Chinese company must be provided.

The license must clearly mention the business scope.

If the scope is not listed, applicants should request the document from the Chinese company or download it from official online sources and submit it along with the license.

The business license copy must include a handwritten statement in Chinese (printed text will not be accepted), signed by the responsible person of the Chinese company.

The handwritten statement should mention:
“This document is strictly used for visa application purposes for [Applicant’s Name].” -
The document must also bear a Chinese handwritten signature and date.
2. ID Photo of the Chinese Company Inviter

The inviter’s ID photo must be clear, valid, and legible.

The ID copy must contain a handwritten Chinese watermark (printed watermark will not be accepted).

The handwritten content should state:
“This document is strictly used for visa application purposes of [Applicant’s Name].” -
The document must also include a Chinese handwritten signature and date.
Important Notice
Applications not complying with the above mandatory requirements will not be accepted by the Embassy.
